Booking process: How to book a tour:

Just drop us an email with your requirements such as group size and dates and we will get back to you, or reach out to us directly on WhatsApp.

Tour details / Typical itineraries:

Our itineraries are tailor made for your specific requirements, however the typical duration of a trip is 5 to 12 days.  Group sizes can vary from a Solo Trip, couples family groups or  larger organizations.

Included/excluded:

Our programs are typically  inclusive of all ground arrangements q, including Hotel accomodation, ground transportation and drivers, All meals, entrance fees, professional guides and security, all required Gratuities,

Excluded and not inclusive of International flights unless on offer.

Kosher meals? 

Preparation / What to bring:

Recommended clothing/footwear, fitness requirements will be based on your specific curated itinerary, time of year and shared with you upon receiving your accepted proposal

Logistics: 

Transportation used, Accommodation standard

Our transport service offers various size vehicles depending on the amount of guests we are accommodating from individuals to groups. All the vehicles used are of the highest standard, including air conditioned Luxury coaches and mini vans with experienced drivers.

Safety measures and protocols

Groups are accompanied by certified armed security personnel and qualified Medic. We take security and safety for our guests very seriously and are always ready to adapt our programs and itineraries based on current circumstances unfolding at any point whether prior to arrival or during the trip.

Payment methods accepted, cancellation and refund policies

Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

Cancellation Policy

60 to 30 days prior – 30% cancellation fee

30 to 14 days prior – 60% cancellation fee

14 days prior – no refunds

In the case of cancellation during the trip, no refund will be given for unused services and all expenses and all costs relating to returning the participant to his or her home will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, the only penalties we will charge will be those charged to us by our suppliers
